These programs are good for babies in the 6-8 month age group and talks through how to remove night feeds if you feel that is appropriate. Each program come’s with a 20 minute video that talks through myths around infant sleep, what the average goals are for babies in this age group, what the most common sleep associations are, and what the learning curve on sleep looks like, when you make changes as well as common variables that can effect sleep, so that you can take them into consideration.
The programs are detailed and broken down by night, so that you can confidently follow a step-by-step program that will allow you to reach your goals.
